For every new inquiry from a form or by email, Segui writes a one-line summary and a reply draft in the inquirer's language. Check it and send it with one click. On Business, drafts follow your house style and can go out on their own outside office hours.

Every workspace gets its own address, in+…@segui.app. Forward inquiries to it and each email becomes an inquiry. Reply with the address in BCC and Segui ticks off the first step.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. You get 14 days with all features of the Team plan. You only enter payment details when you choose a plan.

What happens after the 14 days?

You pick a plan and keep working. If you do not, your workspace pauses. Your data is kept for 90 days, then deleted. Subscribe before then and everything is back.

Which website forms work with Segui?

Any website form. Wix forms work out of the box, and so does every form that can send its entries to a web address: a plain HTML form, or a tool such as Zapier or Make. Inquiries by email you simply forward to your Segui address.

What does the AI do?

When an inquiry arrives by form or email, Segui writes a one-line summary and a reply draft. You check it, change it if you like and send it with one click. Nothing goes out without you, unless you switch on replies outside office hours on the Business plan.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes. Switch between Solo, Team and Business or between monthly and yearly billing at any time in your settings.

Can I adapt the pipeline?

Yes. Rename columns and steps, hide steps you do not use, add up to 12 columns and define your own inquiry types.
