We take the protection of your data seriously and process personal data in line with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Controller: Staub IT, address above.

This website

segui.app is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit it, the server logs technical data such as IP address, browser and time of access to deliver the site and keep it secure. This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics tools. Your language choice is stored only in your own browser.

The Segui app

When you create an account at app.segui.app, we process the data needed to run your workspace: your name, email address, the inquiries and notes you enter and billing details. We use these service providers:

• Clerk (sign-in and account management)
• Convex (database and backend)
• Stripe (payments and invoices)
• Vercel (hosting)

Some of these providers process data in the USA. Transfers are based on the EU standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We never sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted and object to its processing. Write to hello@staub-it.ch. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
